 Self Directed Trading Services
For clients preferring to trade independently or to self-administer a trading system on their own, TCI offers self-directed futures brokerage services utilizing TradeCenterXpress, an advanced electronic order platform for futures. This secure, fast, reliable and efficient system is backed by the integrity of Refco, LLC a member of all North American futures exchanges, with affiliations for clearing on all futures exchanges around the world.
Designed by traders for traders, TradeCenterXpress uses a combination of the fastest possible methods of order routing, putting TCI traders in direct contact with electronic markets and traditional open-outcry markets. Order validation and risk screening processes are fully automated, so your orders are routed straight-through to their destinations. In some markets, such as the S&P500, orders are routed to CUBS terminals directly down in the trading pit. In addition, E-Mini orders are routed directly into the GLOBEX system. This translates into nearly instant contact with the markets and filled orders reported in seconds.
Being able to efficiently enter orders and receive confirmations is a prime feature of TradeCenterXpress. The order screens are easy to manage as is the fill reporting process. Markets move swiftly, so TradeCenterXpress has been engineered to allow clients to quickly fill out the order screen, review their transactions, transmit it to the floor and get their confirmations - efficiently.
Technical support, order help, and fills are available online or by telephone. TCI brokerage offers competitive rates based on markets and service levels. We pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships by offering quality service and support to experienced and less experienced traders. Rates are determined in discussion with you're your Broker Representative.
